My experience as a social media / web business analyst for ComEd's eChannels:

User Experience Design

  • Worked with project leads, designers and other business units to craft strategy and content for public-facing web projects and insured that they were user-centered
  • Ran scripts and scenarios to determine if new products/services performed as expected
  • Projects included:
    • Web Authentication Project (usability and testing)
    • Customer Experience Enhancement project (requirements and design phase)
    • Property Manager Portal (requirements and design phase)

Web/Social Media Development & Maintenance

  • Managed MOSS content management system and HTML/CSS coding to create and update content for web pages
  • Developed and designed apps for campaigns for Facebook and social media channels using Wildfire and other tools. Campaigns included:
    • Power Pursuit Fridays
    • Smart Meets Sweets
    • Sunsational Sweepstakes
    • Coolest Summer Ever

Data collection & analysis

  • Collected data and reported metrics for web, social media, mobile applications, text messaging and QR code performance
  • Managed and implemented analytic tools and systems
  • Developed and maintained SEO strategies and monitored campaigns

Design and Development

I designed websites, Facebook apps and social media campaigns.

Bill Redesign

I worked with internal staff to provided web support, social media support, and user research to help develop and launch ComEd's bill redesign.

Web Marketing Support

I updated content to support marketing campaigns and facilitated weekly meetings to address web marketing issues.

Customer Experience Enhancement

I contributed to the Customer Experience Enhancement project requirements phase and led design phase to matchbill redesign and offer more user-center content.
