About Me

I have over 20 years of experience in the intersecting fields of graphic design, web marketing, content management and usability. I've designed and managed websites for the City of Chicago, Chicago Office of Tourism and Presence Health. I have also managed content for Amita Health, Hyatt, Molex, and Hu-Friedy and have done marketing and design work for Panduit, ComEd and others. I have built a career as a result oriented worker who can strike a balance between aesthetics and technology, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. My methodology to web marketing and development follows that interplay to create purposeful, functional, and visually engaging works.

Let's start by creating content built around great User Experience

User Experience is the way of improving user satisfaction by improving accessibility, usability, and efficiency of user’s interaction with your designed interface. "In order to achieve high-quality user experience in a company's offerings there must be a seamless merging of the services of multiple disciplines, including engineering, marketing, graphical and industrial design, and interface design..."

Visual Design

"Humans are attracted to things and people they find aesthetically pleasing, to the point that studies have shown that both adults and children are more likely to trust someone they find attractive. The same theory seems to be true of apps and sites: people are more likely to give an attractive application the benefit of the doubt."

Interaction Design

In today’s world of infinite-scrolling websites and touch devices, you must understand interaction design in order to create user experiences that feel fluid and life-like.

User Psychology

When it comes to website optimization, even global enterprises with dedicated web teams can unintentionally trigger adverse behavior from visitors to their site if they don’t take psychology into account.
